Our policy on refund and cancellation of donations received for Art of Giving activities on secure online payment gateway as under:

Any request for cancellations and refund of online donations once duly completed on the website, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. However in case of disputed transactions including erroneous payments due to technical issues will be considered on merit on case to case basis which will be communicated to the donor within 15 days of receipt of the complaint. No cash or refund of money will be allowed after completing successful online donation.

Art of Giving – AoG Security Policy
